May anak ka na pero
wala ka pa ring sariling property or bahay?

✅ It is designed through decisions.
If you keep saying,
“Tsaka na muna,”
but you do not define when,
years will pass.
Income will move.

And you will still be deciding.
Parenthood increases responsibility.
