To better serve all our clients and guests, including those from overseas, please be guided by our official operations schedule and service coverage below:

1. OFFICE OPERATIONS (ONSITE SERVICES)

Our office operates daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Manila Time).
During these hours, all onsite services are fully available, including guest check-ins, in-person assistance, and handling of onsite concerns.

2. CHAT SUPPORT AVAILABILITY
Chat support is available daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 AM (Manila Time) the following day.

This extended schedule is intended to accommodate both local and international clients. Kindly note that after 11:00 PM, assistance will be limited to online support only.

3. ONSITE SUPPORT FOR CHECK-IN GUESTS
All onsite assistance for check-in and in-house guests is available until 11:00 PM only.
Requests beyond this time will be addressed the following day.

4. PAYMENTS AND VERIFICATION
Payments received between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM will be verified and processed within the same day.

Payments received after 11:00 PM will be verified and processed the following day starting 8:00 AM, once office operations resume.

5. MANAGEMENT REQUESTS AND OTHER SERVICES
The following requests and services will be accommodated during office hours only (starting 8:00 AM):

Payment verification follow-ups
Virtual tours
Calls requesting to speak with the Operations Manager and/or Owner

6. AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICES
Airport transfer services will be provided based on the guest’s agreed arrival and departure schedule.
