What you'll be doing

Supervising and managing the daily HR and administrative operations of the company
Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
Administering employee benefits, payroll, and leave management
Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Maintaining accurate HR records and generating reports as needed
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organisational efficiency and effectiveness
What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR or administrative supervisory role
Thorough understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
Proficient in HR software and data management tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Certification in HR management or administration is a plus

About the role

ACA GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As an Audit Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive financial audits and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This full-time position is based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

Lead and supervise audit teams in the planning, ex*****on and completion of financial audits
Analyse financial data, identify areas of risk and recommend corrective measures
Prepare detailed audit reports, communicate findings to stakeholders and assist in the implementation of recommendations
Ensure audit procedures and practices adhere to professional standards and the company's policies
Provide guidance, training and mentorship to junior audit team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex audit-related issues
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations, industry best practices and emerging audit trends
What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in external auditing or a related field
Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, CA) or equivalent
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with stakeholders
Proficient in using data analysis tools and audit software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
