REBAP RAP x Landco Privileged Manning at Camp John Hay Update

REBAP’s Accreditation Program (RAP), in partnership with Landco Privileged Manning, officially kicked off a key on-ground activity at Camp John Hay on February 13, 2026. This collaboration strengthens REBAP’s professional presence in one of the country’s most iconic tourism and real estate destinations—creating more opportunities for networking, knowledge-sharing, and professional development for brokers and practitioners.

Landco’s participation is part of its ongoing interim role in managing select hospitality assets in Camp John Hay while broader redevelopment plans move forward—making this a timely platform for industry engagement.

What this means:
• Stronger collaboration between REBAP and private-sector partners
• Added value through education and networking on-site
• Continued momentum and confidence-building for Camp John Hay’s evolving landscape

REBAP Greenhills held its 4th Business Meeting – Brewing Business Edition ☕✨—a vibrant session where members connected, exchanged listings, and opened doors for potential collaborations and cross-referrals. With everyone actively sharing opportunities, the meeting became a truly productive space for networking and business matching.

Sincere thanks to all who attended and presented your listings. Special appreciation to PP Ricky for sharing valuable best practices in presenting listings and upholding professional standards, and to PP Lebby and our member-presenters for confidently showcasing their properties. Thank you as well to Jeff Mendoza of Rockwell Land for featuring posh projects and expanding our market insights—plus Rockwell Land for sponsoring our venue, making this gathering possible.

✨ Successful Roll-Out of REBAP RAP with Privilege Manning ✨

We are proud to share the successful roll-out of the REBAP Accreditation Program (RAP) with Landco Privilege Manning at Camp John Hay, which officially started last February 13, 2026!

This meaningful initiative was made possible through the leadership of our Host Broker, Ms. Arlene Tadeo, and professionally implemented by CRB Jennifer Cabuhat, RAP Coordinator – Landco. The activity was proudly headed and supported by the dedicated leaders and members of the REBAP Baguio Chapter.

Through this collaboration, our Certified Real Estate Brokers (CRBs) are given the opportunity to actively represent and promote Landco Leisure Estates while strengthening professionalism, accreditation, and partnership within the real estate community.

Last night, the REBAP Greenhills Chapter successfully held our 3rd business meeting for the year, and it was truly one to remember. With a theme centered on Valentine’s Day and the Chinese New Year celebration (Year of the Horse), the evening felt warm, festive, and full of positive energy. Our gathering at Tung Lo Wan was fun-filled from start to finish—great conversations, great company, and a meaningful program that reminded us why we enjoy coming together as a community.

A heartfelt thank you to Pastor Guts Munion, who shared a timely and uplifting message on love and prosperity—a beautiful reminder of the values that keep us grounded as we move forward in both life and business. We also extend our sincere appreciation to Timi Rae Lai for sharing her insights about the Year of the Horse, which added so much value to the night and gave everyone something to reflect on as we welcome the new year. Special thanks as well to Michiko Llamado for blessing us with her wonderful song numbers, which made the evening even more lively and memorable.

We’d also like to extend our deepest gratitude to our sponsors, AllHome and RF3 Corp., for their generous support. Their partnership helped make this event possible and contributed greatly to the overall experience of our members.
