Here's an investment property that awaits you in El Nido, Palawan which has been voted three times now as the best island in the world.

The property is part of the Cove, the most expensive part of El Nido.
Around 4 to 6 hectares will be out for Sale. Ideal for high end tourist resort, Conference, seminar and retreats.

Details:

(1) 6 hectares prime beachfront in El Nido Cove.
(2) For the moment, access is by boat, about 40-50 minutes depending on its size. It is directly across Lagen island, a resort owned by the Ayalas, where you pay US$ 500-$1,000 dollars a night.
(3) The titles are all clean, and the property has a footpath at the back that leads to the national highway before you reach the town of Bacuit.
