✅ Pwede ka pa rin bang mag-apply sa Pag-IBIG kahit matagal ka nang hindi naghuhulog?
Yes, pwede pa rin — pero may ilang kondisyon. 👇

1️⃣ Hindi nawawala ang Pag-IBIG membership mo

Kahit matagal kang hindi nakapaghulog, hindi nawawala ang Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID) number mo.
Magiging inactive lang ang status, pero puwede mo itong i-reactivate sa pamamagitan ng paghuhulog ulit ng contribution.

2️⃣ Kailangan ng minimum contributions para makapag-housing loan

Para makapag-apply ng Home Development Mutual Fund housing loan, kailangan:

• May at least 24 months total contributions sa account mo
• Active member ka ulit sa time ng loan application

3️⃣ Kung kulang ang contributions mo

Kung hindi pa umabot sa 24 months, may options ka:

✔ Mag-resume ng hulog bilang voluntary member
✔ Magbayad ng lump sum contribution para makumpleto ang required months (subject to approval)

📌 Example Scenario

Halimbawa:

• May 18 months contributions ka dati
• Tumigil ka ng 3 years

Pwede mong gawin:

• Maghulog ulit hanggang umabot sa 24 months total contributions
• Kapag kumpleto na → pwede ka nang mag-apply ng housing loan

💡 Tip (Important for Property Buyers)

Kung bibili ka ng property gamit ang Home Development Mutual Fund financing, siguraduhin na:

✔ Updated ang Pag-IBIG contributions mo
✔ May stable proof of income
✔ Walang existing unpaid Pag-IBIG loan
