👀 VIEWING ARRANGEMENT
A PHP 1,000 Locator Assistance Fee is collected to confirm your viewing appointment. This covers the locator’s travel, time, and assistance during your property viewing, while also helping us prioritize serious prospective tenants who are ready to view the property.
If you proceed with the lease, the full PHP 1,000 will be credited toward your initial payment upon signing the lease contract.
If you decide not to proceed with the lease after viewing, the Locator Assistance Fee is non-refundable.
