We are looking for driven and results-oriented Sales Agents to join our real estate team. The role focuses on generating leads, assisting clients in finding suitable properties, and closing sales to meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities
➢ Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective clients
➢ Generate leads through online platforms, referrals, and fieldwork
➢ Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
➢ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
➢ Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
➢ Prepare and process necessary sales documentation
➢ Stay updated on property details, pricing, and market trends
➢ Coordinate with marketing and management teams for sales strategies

Qualifications
➢ With or without experience in sales, but real estate experience is an advantage
➢ Fresh graduates are also welcome
➢ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
➢ Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
➢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
➢ Willing to work on-site and attend client meetings
➢ Familiarity with digital platforms and social media for lead generation
