P.A. PROPERTIES Behind every home is a story. The Company traces its beginnings to September 1993, when it was established as a single proprietorship known as P.A. A.

Alvarez Realty. Its first residential subdivision project in San Pedro, Laguna – named after St. Joseph, the Worker – comprised 200 units that were completely sold in less than four months. In August 1994, the business was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation, under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Romarico “Bing” T. Alvarez as

President and Chief Executive Officer. Building on its initial success, the company continued to develop St. Joseph Villages in different locations within Laguna. As of 2011, it had completed 12,000 homes, with several more in the pipeline. Moving forward, the company is exploring new opportunities and capitalizing on strategic property sites that will draw on its strength and expertise not only in Laguna, but also in areas closer to its target markets. Complementing these thrusts are the company’s effort to design more functional houses and to formulate better pricing packages, thus reinforcing its capability to meet the housing needs of the public at affordable rates and payment schemes. Thanks to solid working relationships with various banks and financial institutions, the company has been able to maintain a healthy financial profile, sustainable operations as well as better funding mechanisms for its buyers. Internally, the company has focused on creating and strengthening a professional corporate environment for its people. Besides seeing to the development and welfare of its employees, it has expanded its headquarters to boost productivity and provide a bigger venue for sales, training/workshops, and meetings. Having begun an impressive track record in the highly competitive real estate development industry, P. Alvarez remains all the more committed to fulfill its vision and mission with excellence.

IN LINE with the government’s efforts to make quality home ownership affordable and alleviate the country’s ever-growing housing backlog, a series of actual deliveries of housing units kicked off in the Southern Luzon Region.

More than 20 Filipino families officially received the keys to their new homes as P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P.A. Properties), in partnership with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Pag-IBIG Fund, conducted a housing unit turnover ceremony and project inspection at Nuvista Homes Lipa under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.
