A very high-end apartment sold for a record US$76.7M just a few days before Christmas 2015. The 532 sq.m. condominium unit, which has a fantastic view of the Victoria Harbour, is located on the 46th floor of the luxury 39 Conduit Road apartment in the upmarket Mid-levels residential section of Hong Kong.

That's US$144,173/sq.m., or a staggering 6.77M Philippine pesos per square meter!
