To our dear neighbors and fellow Kudaratenios,

We hope everyone in Casa Buena Subdivision is safe and unharmed following the earthquake felt across Sultan Kudarat at approximately 3:00 AM today. While we are grateful that no major damage has been reported in our immediate area, we know how unsettling these moments can be—especially when they happen in the middle of the night.

Our hearts and prayers go out to our fellow Kudaratenios in Kalamansig and surrounding coastal towns who were closer to the epicenter. We stand in solidarity with you during this time of uncertainty.

Safety Reminders for our Homeowners:

Check Your Homes: Please take a moment to inspect your property for any minor cracks or structural issues.

Stay Alert for Aftershocks: PHIVOLCS has advised that aftershocks are likely. Please keep your emergency "Go Bags" accessible and ensure your family knows the nearest open space for evacuation.

Look Out for One Another: Check in on your elderly neighbors or those living alone. A quick knock or message can go a long way in making everyone feel secure.
