Ayala Land’s flagship Ayala Land malls are nearing the completion of their major facelift and reinvention program.

As part of its P13-billion redevelopment initiative launched in 2024, Ayala Land has been transforming key destinations including Glorietta, Greenbelt, TriNoma, and Ayala Center Cebu, with renovation and enhancement works now almost complete.

The two-year reinvention program aims to refresh the malls’ overall look and feel, improve the integration of outdoor spaces, and create more engaging and usable lifestyle environments for visitors.

For Ayala Center Cebu, Ayala Malls also tapped Cebuano talent to incorporate local craftsmanship and culture into the redevelopment’s overall design concept.
