- Valid PRC license (Real Estate Broker/Salesperson) & DHSUD registration
- 3–5 years of proven success in high-end property sales
- Strong HNWI network and consistent track record of exceeding targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional client relationship skills
💼 Compensation:
- ₱35,000 – ₱40,000/month + communication allowance
- Performance-based incentives
2. REAL ESTATE ADVISOR (REA)
✅ Requirements:
- Valid PRC license (Real Estate Salesperson) & DHSUD registration
- 1–3 years of luxury property sales experience
- Established network of HNWI clients/investors
💼 Compensation:
- ₱18,000 – ₱25,000/month (negotiable) + communication allowance
- Commission-driven rewards
🔍 Mandatory for All Roles:
- Submit proof of past sales performance
- No moonlighting permitted
