This simple bungalow 3-bedroom transient / airbnb house is ideal for a family or group who are on a tight budget but are looking for a comfortable furnished house to stay and relax after a getaway or a conference.🏡

Location: 📍San Lorenzo Homes Phase 1, Brgy. Tangub, Bacolod (beside Bel Air Subdivision)

This has 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets and baths.
Lot Area: 100 sqm
Floor Area: approx. 70 sqm

Ideal Bed capacity: 8-10 guests
Maximum Capacity for bedrooms: 15 guests
(But can accommodate more than 15 guests if needed)

Check-in: 3PM
Check-out: 11 AM

Street Parking only.🚘

Entire house access including kitchen, dining and living room area.
