Crowdsourcing:
I am currently looking for 3 experienced real estate brokers or property specialists to work under my team as Country Managers in Vista Land Global Group Inc.
You will also have the opportunity to be deployed in the countries where you have a strong connection and network. Marketing budget will be provided once deployed outside the Philippines.
Most of our projects are already Ready For Occupancy (RFO) so better if you have existing clients or network who are interested with RFO units. We still also have MANY projects under pre-selling stage.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any course or at least passed 72 units in college or university.
- Good Social Skills.
- With previous experience in Real Estate.
- Knowledgeable in Online Selling.
- Knows how to present using Zoom application.
- With wide Local and International Network.
- Ambitious and can work well with minimal supervision.
- Willing to be deployed and travel in your chosen country to market our properties.
- Must have a valid passport. Will be an advantage if you have any existing valid visa to other countries, but not necessary.
- Can handle pressure in achieving monthly sales quota.
Monthly Salary/Subsidy/Allowance:
Php 20,000 - 25,000, depending on your experience with 3%-3.5% commission depending on which project. Will discuss more of the details during the interview.
Work Location:
Currently, we are on Work From Home (WFH) setup and will let you know once we are already permitted to report in our office located in Ortigas. At the moment, client presentation and team meetings are being held online thru Zoom and should not miss any.
