Daghan kaayo guests, maghangyo ug below the minimum rate.

You have to understand na we unit owners we pay cleaners, laundry, condo dues, electricity, water, internet, bank mortgage.

Naay gadawat ug below the minimum pero daghan sad kaayo reklamo ang guest. Walay internet, baho ang beddings. Naa man goy mga unit managers na igo ra tarungon ang beddings and then sprayhan lang ug fab con para mahumot balik para dili na makabayad sa laundry and cleaner. Para lang ma accommodate inyong gipangita na below the minimum na rate.

Daghan kaayo mangita ug units na below the minimum. Kung buot hunahaon pwede ra man. Basta ang guest ang magpalaba sa beddings then magclean sa unit for the next guest. Sila pud ang magprovide sa drinking water, shampoo and body wash, dishwashing liquid, and garbage bags.. Then sila sad magbayad sa Netflix.

But I give discount sa mga suki nako. Labaw natong inig hawa kay dili ingon ana kahugaw ang unit.

May pa ning scammers kay makabook pa. Kita nga legit, dili jud. Accommodating man gud kaayo sila magchat. Kay limpyo jud na ilang makuha. Unya kay ako straight to the point ko motubag kay gakwenta na akong utok sa bayad sa cleaner, sa laundry, sa condo dues, utility bills and mortgage sa bank.
