The Kingdom Valley Lahore Payment Plan is detailed below. There are five types of plots available for purchase on installments: 3.5 Marla, 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal. The payment plan includes:
10% Down Payment
7% Confirmation Fee
10% Payment at Balloting
7 Semi-Annual Installments
35 Monthly Installments
This results in a total payment period of 3.5 years. The Kingdom Valley Lahore payment plan offers an affordable and premium investment opportunity for the residents of Lahore. For instance, a 3.5 Marla plot can be acquired with a down payment of just PKR 200,000/- and a monthly installment of PKR 19,715/-. Similarly, a 5 Marla plot requires a down payment of just PKR 300,000/- and a monthly installment of PKR 25,172/-.
Kingdom Valley Lahore RUDA Approval
Phase-1 of Kingdom Valley Lahore has been granted provisional planning permission by RUDA in accordance with the RUDA Private Housing Schemes Regulations 2021 (Amended).
As such, RUDA has issued a provisional planning permission (Reference: RUDA/D& BC/PPP-01/HS-0086/01 dated 05 October 2023) to Kingdom Valley Lahore for an area spanning 600 Acres situated in Mouza a Koro Tana, Bola Garhi, Katar Band.
