وزیراعظم محمد شہباز شریف کی قیادت میں تعمیراتی و رئیل اسٹیٹ شعبے کے فروغ اور سرمایہ کاری کی حوصلہ افزائی کے لیے اقدامات جاری ہیں۔

وفاقی بجٹ 2026-27 میں فائلرز کے لیے جائیداد کی خرید و فروخت پر عائد ود ہولڈنگ ٹیکس میں نمایاں کمی کی گئی ہے، جس کے تحت خرید پر ٹیکس 2.5 فیصد سے کم کر کے 1.25 فیصد اور فروخت پر ٹیکس 5.5 فیصد سے کم کر کے 2.75 فیصد کر دیا گیا ہے، تاکہ کاروباری سرگرمیوں کو فروغ ملے اور ہاؤسنگ سیکٹر میں سرمایہ کاری میں اضافہ ہو۔

👉 پہلے ٹیکس: 5.5% | اب کم ہو کر: 2.75%
🔸 50 ملین تک (5 کروڑ روپے تک):
👉 پہلے ٹیکس: 5% | اب کم ہو کر: 2.5%
🔸 5 ملین سے نیچے (50 لاکھ روپے سے کم):
👉 پہلے ٹیکس: 4.5% | اب کم ہو کر: 2.25%
📉 2۔ خریدنے والے کے لیے (Purchaser Tax) 📉
🔹 100 ملین سے اوپر (10 کروڑ روپے سے زائد):

Silver City Housing Scheme would like to inform all valued customers, sales partners, real estate marketing companies, and stakeholders that:

📍 Silver City Housing Scheme is located on Girja Road, Rawalpindi.

✅ Silver City Housing Scheme is duly approved by Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).

✅ Islamabad Golf City no longer exists as a separate housing project. It is now a dedicated block named Golf Enclave within Silver City Housing Scheme Rawalpindi.

✅ Silver City falls within the revenue estates of Mouza Jatal, Ghariba, and Ranyal, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi.

As per the official clarification issued by management, all marketing partners, agencies, advertising platforms, and representatives are directed not to associate the word "Islamabad" with Silver City Housing Scheme in advertisements, social media content, promotional materials, or public communications.

This clarification has been issued to ensure accurate representation of the project and avoid any misunderstanding among customers and stakeholders.
