SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT
We are looking for a creative, organized and proactive Social Media Assistant to support our Social Media and Marketing team in day-to-day content and digital activities.
๐ QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
* Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Sciences, Business, or a relevant field
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
* Experience in Real Estate or a corporate environment will be preferred
๐ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist the Social Media team in managing daily social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
* Assist in preparing and organizing content calendars and posting schedules.
* Support the creation of posts, reels, stories, captions and short-form videos.
* Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors and Content Creators for timely completion of content.
* Assist in collecting content ideas, references, trends and competitor updates.
* Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms.
* Monitor comments, messages and basic community interactions and forward queries where required.
* Assist in maintaining organized content files, creative assets and social media records.
* Support the team in preparing basic social media performance reports and maintaining records.
* Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats and platform updates.
* Assist the team in using relevant AI and digital tools for content creation and productivity.
* Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Social Media team as required.
๐ป REQUIRED SKILLS
* Basic knowledge of major social media platforms
* Good content writing and caption-writing skills
* Basic understanding of social media trends and engagement
* Basic knowledge of AI tools for content creation
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Creative, organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines
