Federal Government Employees Housing Authority and Supreme Court Bar Association (Margalla Orchard Park Road Housing Scheme) approves trilateral development agreement

The 43rd meeting of the Executive Board of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) was held today at the Ministry of Housing and Works, in which the honorable board has approved a joint venture with the Margalla Orchard Park Road Housing Scheme (which is a joint venture with FGEHA, DHA and the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBAP). In this regard, on September 26, 2025, the FGEHA, DHA, the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBAP) will formally sign the DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT. It has been formally approved by the Board.
Under this project, the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) will provide its honorable allotted allies with world -class modern and facilitating residential environment.
In addition, the scheme has also allocated space for commercial areas, parks, educational institutions, mosques and other public facilities.
On the occasion, Director General FGEHA, Captain (Retired) ZAFAR IQBAL congratulated all the Allies. And in the future, the service of the members will be the top priority.

فیڈرل گورنمنٹ ایمپلائز ہاؤسنگ اتھارٹی اور سپریم کورٹ بار ایسوسی ایشن (مارگلہ آرچرڈ پارک روڈ ہاؤسنگ سکیم ) کے سہ فریقی ڈیویلپمنٹ معاہدے کی منظوری

فیڈرل گورنمنٹ ایمپلائز ہاؤسنگ اتھارٹی کے ایگزیکٹو بورڈ کا43 واں اجلاس آج منسٹری اف ہاؤسنگ اینڈ ورکس میں منعقد ہوا جس میں معزز بورڈ نے مارگلہ آرچرڈ پارک روڈ ہاؤسنگ سکیم (جو کہFGEHA, ڈی ایچ اے اور سپریم کورٹ بار اسوسی ایشن کا مشترکہ منصوبہ ہے ) کے سہ فریقی ڈویلپمنٹ معاہدے کی ڈی ایچ اے کے ساتھ باقاعدہ منظوری دی۔ اس سلسلے میں 26 ستمبر 2025ء کو FGEHA, ڈی ایچ اے ،سپریم کورٹ بار ایسوسی ایشن کے درمیان باضابطہ طور پر ڈیویلپمنٹ معاہدہ سائن ہوگا ۔جس کی باقاعدہ طور پر منظوری بورڈ نے دی ہے ۔اور منسٹری آف لاء نے اس ایگریمنٹ کو باقاعدہ طور پر تصدیق کی ۔26 ستمبر 2025 سے معاہدہ سائن ہونے کے بعد اس پروجیکٹ پر باقاعدہ طور پر تیزی سے کام شروع ہو جائے گا ۔اور یہ پروجیکٹ جلد از جلد اپنی تکمیل کو پہنچے گا ۔
اس منصوبے کے تحت فیڈرل گورنمنٹ ایمپلائز ہاؤسنگ اتھارٹی اپنے معزز الاٹیز کو عالمی معیار کی جدید اور سہولیات سے آراستہ رہائشی ماحول فراہم کرے گی۔
اس کے ساتھ ساتھ اسکیم میں کمرشل ایریاز، پارکس، تعلیمی ادارے، مساجد اور دیگر عوامی سہولیات کے لیے بھی جگہ مختص کی گئی ہے۔
اس موقع پر ڈائریکٹر جنرل ایف جی ای ایچ اے، کیپٹن ریٹائرڈ ظفر اقبال نے تمام الاٹیز کو مبارکباد پیش کی ڈائریکٹر جنرل ہاؤسنگ اتھارٹی نےاس بات کو واضح کیا کہ جن وفاقی ملازمین کو پلاٹس مل چکے ہیں ان کے حقوق کا تحفظ کیا گیا ہے ۔اور اس عزم کا اعادہ کیا کہ اسی طرح ماضی کی مشکلات پر قابو پا کر ادارہ شفاف اور موثر خدمت کی طرف گامزن رہے گا ۔ اور مستقبل میں بھی ممبران کی خدمت اور رہائشی سہولیات کی فراہمی اولین ترجیح رہے گی۔ہاؤسنگ اتھارٹی اپنی باقی سکیموں پر بھی جلد از جلد کام مکمل کرے گا

Development Work start by Defence Housing Authority (DHA) at Site of Dha Margalla Orchard Park Road Islamabad.

Today Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Machinery has started the development work at site of Defence Housing Authority New Project at Park Road Islamabad. Very soon the plots of Block A,C,D And E will be given possession and in one year all plot owners will be given possession. More Machinery of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) will come to the site by this week and Security of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) has taken charge at the site.
The New Location of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) project is Park Road which is in front of Comsats University.The society has a front on Park Road while back is facing Bahria Enclave and on one side is CDA Park Enclave Society.This DHA Project of park road will be the best housing scheme in Islamabad.Which is a 10-minute drive from Serena Hotel, Defence Housing Authority (DHA) will be the first project in the city of Islamabad, which is an inner-city project.The new route from here is an 180 feet Express Road which will be linked to Bahria Enclave and will benefit the residents of Bahria Enclave.Plots for a kanal have been placed here.
