Hashoo Group Real Estate Division & Mujahid Properties (Pvt.) Ltd have formally signed a MoU for a Joint Venture for the development of the landmark “16 Sina Project” in New Blue Area, Islamabad.

The MoU signing ceremony was attended by senior representatives of both organizations including Mr. Murtaza Hashwani, CEO and Deputy Chairman Hashoo Group, Mr. Shakir Bhura, CEO Hashoo Group Real Estate Division and Mr. Atif Ikram Sheikh, Chairman Mujahid Group of industries and CEO of Mujahid Properties (Pvt.) Ltd, along with his team.

The Joint Venture was organized by Amanah.pk, a Shariah-compliant real estate investment and advisory firm.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Shakir Bhura described 16 Sina as a landmark addition to Islamabad’s evolving skyline. The 30-storey mixed-use development will feature premium retail spaces, serviced offices, luxury serviced residential apartments, exclusive penthouses, ample parking facilities, and Hashoo Group’s signature food outlets.

He further shared that Hashoo Group will lead the project’s construction, development, sales, branding, and operations, with both partners committed to delivering the project within 3 years while expressing confidence in Pakistan’s growing real estate potential.

Mr. Atif Ikram Sheikh stated, “Together, we aim to promote innovation, investment, tourism, and infrastructure development while creating new opportunities for Pakistan’s future prosperity.” He also expressed his sincere appreciation to Mr. Murtaza Hashwani and the entire Hashoo Group for their trust and collaboration on this landmark initiative.

Both organizations reaffirmed their commitment to delivering a world-class development that will set new benchmarks in luxury, functionality, and urban excellence.

A delegation of Hashoo Group called on President FPCCI, ECO-CCI, Senior Vice President of the SAARC CCI, and Vice President CACCI at the FPCCI President Secretariat. The delegation was led by Mr. Shakir Bhura, CEO of the Hashoo Group Real Estate Division. The delegation included Mr. Sulaiman Tahir, COO, and Mr. Faizan, CFO. The meeting focused on key economic matters, investment opportunities, and the current landscape of the real estate and hospitality sectors in Pakistan. They discussed avenues for mutual cooperation to foster economic growth and strengthen private sector development.
