Builder stopped construction work and now asking excessive amount from allotees to resume work .
Please note builder has to give possession in 2019 but still he haven't completed 1st floor out of 33 floor.

Royal marina builder did fraud, the project started in 2015 and suppose to deliver in 2019, but builder stopped construction work in 2017 and builder already get 35% of payment from allotees, and even he not finished 1st floor out of 33 floor building, now blackmailing his allotees for more amount .
