Appreciation Post:
I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the Security Department of Bahria Town Karachi. They have demonstrated a very quick response and their investigation team has done an outstanding job in catching the culprits involved in the thefts that were happening in Bahria.
I had posted about the first incident on 19th December, and the second incident occurred on 25th December. Within 10-11 days, I received a call from the DG Security Bahria Town Karachi, and we had a meeting. They confirmed that the culprits had been arrested, taken into custody, and handed over to the police after filing an FIR. The recovery process is still underway, and the stolen items, including lights, have not been recovered yet, but they assured me that they will implement the recovery process, so let's hope for the best.
While we often focus on criticism, it's essential to acknowledge and appreciate good work when it's done. The security team has shown that they are working diligently for the residents, and I'm assured that they're addressing issues with street lights and patrolling in certain areas.
As a resident, I also recognize my responsibility to play a positive role in ensuring the security of our community. I urge fellow residents to verify the credentials of their house help, maids, and drivers, and hire them through proper channels with Bahria cards & do police verification.
BTK security handled the case and led the investigation. Kudos to Bahria Town Karachi and their security department for their prompt action. I hope they continue to maintain this level of service.
