Payment Schedule (in PKR)
1. Booking: PKR 300,000 – initial payment to reserve a plot.
2. Confirmation: PKR 100,000 – due after booking to confirm allotment.
3. Allocation: PKR 100,000 – paid when the plot is allocated.
4. Installment: PKR 270,000 total – 18 monthly installments of PKR 15,000 each.

Important Notes
