We are thrilled to showcase our project delivery for a leading multinational banking institution at Sky Tower, Karachi. This premier 20,000 sq. ft. facility marks an extraordinary milestone for us, officially standing as Savills’ first LEED Gold Certified project—a testament to our growing commitment to sustainable, high-performance corporate environments.
Savills had the privilege of partnering with this global financial leader from the very beginning, successfully securing the initial commercial transaction and providing comprehensive Design and Project Management consultancy throughout the entire lifecycle of the 20,000 sq. ft. asset.
Engineered to support the future of work, the workplace strategy centers entirely around dynamic open-plan layouts, collaborative zones, and communal spaces. To balance this open philosophy with absolute privacy, we integrated premium, imported acoustic glazing, architectural sections, and specialized fabric solutions. The high-end financial hub is further elevated by world-class, ergonomic Steelcase furniture and state-of-the-art AV infrastructure.
