چند لوگ ریئل اسٹیٹ (Real Estate) اور پراپرٹی (Property) کو ایک ہی سمجھتے ہیں—لیکن حقیقت میں یہ دونوں ایک دوسرے سے بہت مختلف ہیں۔

یہ فرق نہ سمجھنے کی وجہ سے لوگ اکثر اپنی سرمایہ کاری میں پھنس جاتے ہیں اور پھر برسوں نقصان برداشت کرتے رہتے ہیں۔
