ABOUT LAKE CITY, LAHORE
Lake City is one of the most recent housing projects in Lahore, situated along Raiwind Road. HISTORY OF DEVELPOMENT
In 2004, the management of Lake City Lahore appointed Meinhardt, an internationally recognised architectural contractor, to strategically plan and design the project. The land for Lake City housing scheme was purchased during the same year.
2005 marked the official launch of Lake City. By then, nearly 80% of the development work of Phase 1 was complete, which covered almost 8,000 kanal. From the year 2006 to 2007, street lights, fountains, a mini-golf course, footpaths, and the Main Boulevard were developed. Also, a pharmacy, a convenience store, and a restaurant were completed during that time.
In 2009, the management of Lake City, Lahore, started to hand over the possession of plots in different sectors.
