Bank Leasing/Financing is only an option for societies that have a clear title and that are approved by LDA/CDA/GDA. Banks do not approve loans for any land that has issues of ownership or an unclear title. Hence there are next to none options available for those people that would want to buy land/house through bank financing.

For those that understand the value of 7 stories LDA approved plaza and the kind of rent it can extract !!! A 5 Marla commercial in 6 years installments is rare. By all means check the entire city of Lahore to see if someone is offering 6 years installment plan for a commercial plot that also in a 100% LDA approved land. My most sincere advice DONT LOSE THIS OPPORTUNITY to actually own a commercial. Dream Big and Win !!
You have no idea what you can achieve. Since this is an LDA approved land you will have a registry and inteqal. You can build the plaza and sell the top 5 stories as apartment and keep the first two stories as rented income. Just imagine the kind of returns the commercial plaza has to offer ! The investment is also the cost of a 10 marla residential plot.
You will certainly regret losing this option !!!!!
