The Rumanza Monthly Medal Golf Tournament for October 2024 was held at Rumanza Golf & Country Club, attracting a vibrant lineup of talented golfers.

The event was graced by the presence of the newly appointed Director of Rumanza, Col. Attique Ahmed Khan (Retd.), who served as the chief guest and presented awards to the top players.

The tournament featured outstanding performances, concluding with a prize distribution ceremony that celebrated the dedication, sportsmanship, and skill within the Rumanza golf community.

Highlights of Possession Ceremony of Sec V 8 Marla!
Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani, SI(M) handed over Possession Certificates to Plot owners of Sector V (8 MARLA) held at "DHA Multan Arena Event Complex", another Milestone towards liveability. The Project Director highlighted that DHA Multan as a symbol of progress and prestigious lifestyle continues to fulfil its commitments into reality". He also announced 100% Waiver of Development charges on Early Construction, within one year (By 30 June 2024).

SURCHARGE INCENTIVE AND SPECIAL SCHEME
FOR ALL CATEGORIES OF PLOTS / VILLAS
Mar 31st 2023: In order to provide relief to our valued Members, DHA Multan Management is pleased to announce the following:
Extension of Surcharge Waiver Scheme for all categories of Plots / Villas on payment of all installments due till 30th April 2023.
In case of non-payment till 30th April 2023, the plot / location ballot result shall be Cancelled.
Defaulting members who were paying / paid land cost and are unable to continue with Installments may apply for Cancellation and refund of their paid amount. The deposited amount shall be refunded after deduction of Membership Fee and 10% of remaining paid amount (Instead of 20% deduction).
Incentive for Members and their blood relations (Parents, Spouse and Children) to have their paid amounts adjusted from one Allotment to another without any deduction, where allocation is requested for cancellation.

Opening of Fuel Station in DHA Multan
Mar 30th 2023: Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani, SI(M) proudly inaugurated the Fuel Station located at the Shah Yousaf Gardez Gate. By the Blessings of Allah Almighty DHA Multan has achieved another milestone towards Livability and provision of the best facilities to the residents of DHA Multan.

Opening of Fuel Station would ensure the provision of Fuel, Lubricants and other Automotive Accessories, and Maintenance services at service station. In addition there is a Shop Stop, Pharmacy, Restaurant & Fast Food Outlet.
