Lake City Lahore — Monthly Round-up | August 2026

5 Marla 40.00 to 45.00. 7 Marla 50.00 to 55.00. 10 Marla 75.00 to 90.00 — up 20 percent.

All three were re-rated by 22 August and none moved again by 1 September. Lake City Meadows stayed flat.

On the ground, a developed 5 Marla plot has a median ask of 125 Lacs against a 45 Lac file — a 2.78x gap. Asks run 82 to 200 Lacs.

Nawaz Sharif IT City (NSIT) — Lahore | September 2026

Lahore's IT city has a price list now.

NSIT sits beside PKLI, between DHA Phase 6 and Phase 7. The first tower inventory is live at Zameen Vault — 38 storeys on the main boulevard.

Offices from 2.28 Crore. Ground-floor shops 4.90 to 5.35 Crore. First-floor shops 4.21 to 7.24. Flats 2.63 to 15.06. Independent G+5 plazas 35 to 68.5 Crore.

Per Marla the floor decides it. An office runs 1.09 to 1.34 Crore. A ground-floor shop runs 1.60. That is a 1.47x premium inside the same building.

Of 853 acres, only 60 are residential. Education takes 200, IT and tech 150, film city 100.

Here you are buying a floor number as much as a square foot.
