🔹 Refund: A refund request may be submitted after deductions according to the company policy.

🔹 Merging: The plot may be merged, in which case, instead of a 25% deduction, only the commission amount will be deducted.

✅ However, plots with 41% or more payment made will have no charges or deductions at the time of merging.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا نُودِيَ لِلصَّلَاةِ مِن يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ فَاسْعَوْا إِلَىٰ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَذَرُوا الْبَيْعَ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ

“O you who believe! When the call to prayer is proclaimed on Friday, hasten to the remembrance of Allah and leave off business. That is better for you, if you only knew.”
