We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ซ to lead and oversee end-to-end facility operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing civil works, supervising multidisciplinary technical teams, and ensuring the seamless functioning of all support services.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โข Oversee and manage civil works, infrastructure maintenance, and facility upgrades
โข Lead and coordinate technical staff, including electricians, plumbers, and HVAC maintenance staff
โข Ensure efficient ex*****on of repair, preventive maintenance, and operational activities
โข Manage vendor negotiation and cost-effective and timely procurement of materials, equipment and services sourcing
โข Maintain vendor relationships and oversee contractor performance
โข Supervise security and janitorial services to maintain a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment
โข Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards

๐จ๐ซ:
โข Background in Engineering, QA/QC, Facility Management, or a related field
โข Experience in construction, property, or facility management preferred
โข Strong leadership, coordination, and vendor management skills
โข Sound knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
โข Expertise in procurement processes and cost control
โข Proactive, excellent communication, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
โข Strong problem-solving skills with a cost-conscious mindset
