Swift Tech BPO is Hiring – Client Care Coordinators (5 Positions Available)
📅 Start Date: 10th November
🕖 Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
🏢 Location: On-site – Lahore
💰 Salary: 70,000 PKR basic + 20,000 PKR performance incentives
About the Role:
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling multiple clients during your shift, managing communications, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The role involves taking and making client phone calls, maintaining accurate CRM records, and developing long-lasting relationships through rapport building and consistent follow-ups.
We’re looking for tech-savvy professionals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating great client experiences.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years of proven BPO or client support experience
* Fluent English with little to no accent
* Hands-on experience with CRMs and call handling
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills
* Strong sense of ownership and reliability
