آج نشتر ملتان اسپتال وارڈ نمبر 7 میں پانچواں دن ہے ۔۔۔۔ اور ان دنوں میں 13

اموات دیکھ چکا ہوں پہلے تکلیف ہوئی اور اب جیسے عادت ہوگئی ہے ۔۔۔۔ صرف ایک بات سمجھ آئی ہے کہ لاکھ اختلاف سہی

لیکن تکلیف میں اپنے ہی کام آتے ہیں ۔۔۔۔ جب کبھی اسپتال سے باہر نکلتے ہوئے لوگوں کی طرف دیکھیں تو ان کی قدموں کی چال اور آنکھوں کو دیکھنا

قدم لڑکھڑاتے ہوئے اور آنکھیں کئی دنوں کی جاگیں ، سوجھی اور لال ملیں گیں ۔

کہنے کو بہت رشتے ہوتے ہیں لیکن تکلیف میں صرف چند ایک بھائی ، بہن ، ماں ، باپ اور بیوی ، بچے اسپتال میں موجود ملیں گے ۔

باقی سب اپنی حاضری لگوا کر چلے جاتے ہیں ۔ لیکن پوری پوری رات مریض کے ساتھ اس کے سگے ہی جاگتے رہتے ہیں ۔

میں یعنی حارث حیات نے اسپتال میں رہ کر ان دنوں میں کچھ اہم باتیں نوٹ کیں ہیں وہ سب کو شیئر کرنا چاہوں گا ۔

1:- اگر آپ کے کسی پیارے کو ایمرجنسی میں اسپتال لے جایا جائے تو کوشش کریں کہ 1122 کی گاڑی سے جائیں کیونکہ ایمرجنسی تک کی ذمہ داری ان ہی کی ہوتی ہے ۔

2:- اپنے برتن ، صابن ، چادر ، تولیے ، چارجر ، پانی کی صاف بوتلیں اور ماسک ضرور ساتھ لے جائیں ۔

3:- مریض کے ساتھ 3 جوان لڑکے ساتھ ضرور ہونے چاہیئے ایک کا کام Medicine لانا ، دوسرے کا کام ٹیسٹ کروانا ، تیسرے کا کام مریض کے ساتھ وارڈ میں رہنا ہوگا ۔

4:- اگر مرد مریض ہے تو کوشش کریں کہ مریض کے ساتھ مرد ہی وارڈ میں رہے اور اگر عورت ہے تو کوشش کریں کہ 2 عورتیں ان کے ساتھ رات کو وارڈ میں رکیں ۔

5:- اگر مریض کے علاج میں تھوڑا لمبا عرصہ ہے تو اپنی ڈیوٹیاں لگا لیں کہ کون کتنی دیر جاگے گا کیونکہ اکثر ہی مریض کے ساتھ جاگ جاگ کر ساتھ آنے والے بیمار ہوجاتے ہیں

6:- اپنے پیاروں کی لسٹ بنالیں جو کہ آپ کی ایک کال پہ خون دینے آجائیں اور خون چاہے کوئی بھی ہو اسپتال سے Replacement ہوجاتا ہے ۔

7:- اگر آپ کو وہیل چیئر ، بیڈ یا کچھ بھی موقع پہ نا مل رہا ہو تو وارڈ میں موجود سوئیپر کو کچھ لے دے کر اچھا مشورہ لے لیں کیونکہ کچھ کام آئوٹ آف چائنل بھی کرنے کے ہوتے ہیں ۔

8:- سب سے آخری اور اہم بات کوشش کریں کہ اپنے مریض کو Room کی بجائے وارڈ میں شفٹ کروائیں وہاں پہ ہر رائوئنڈ میں مریض کی دیکھ بھال ڈاکٹرز اور نرسز کر رہی ہوتی ہیں ۔

9:- وارڈ میں موجود ہر انسان اپنے پیارے کی اذیت میں ہوتا ہے تو پلیز ہوسکے تو ایک دوجے کے ساتھ اچھا تعلق بنائیں کیونکہ بعض مریض انپڑھ ہوتے ہیں اگر آپ کا اپنا باہر دوائی لینے جارہا ہے تو ان کی بھی لے کر آسکتا ہے ۔

اپنے ساتھ کسی پڑھے لکھے کزن یا بچے کو لازمی ساتھ رکھیں تاکہ ڈاکٹرز اور نرسز کے وہی بات چیت کرے

پڑھے لکھے سے بات کرنے کا طریقہ کچھ اور ہوتا ہے اور عام لوگوں سے کچھ اور ۔۔۔۔۔

ڈاکٹرز اور نرسز آپ سے برا رویہ کبھی نہیں رکھتے بشرط کہ ہم ان سے برا ٹریٹ کریں تو ۔

10:- اگر آپ کے پاس علاج معالجے سے پیسے نہیں ہیں تو MS کے پاس جاکر ان سے Request کرکے کم سے کم پیسے میں علاج کرواسکتے ہیں
