Terms and conditions
A) 5% commission will be charged on Agricultural lands deal, while half commission will be charged on confirmation and after the final deal. B) half Commission will be charged at the time of provision of token money by the buyer. D) There will be 5,000 service charges for visit Land Raqba, which will be deducted from the Commission later. E) If the deal is cancelled after receiving of token money from buyer still both parties are bound to give commission to us. F) Original documents must be verified thoroughly by the buyer at the time of deal with our help other wise dealer will not be responsible. G) If the buyer gets directly involve with the seller by any mean then the dealer has the right to charge double commission. H) When a hiring deal is finalized then the buyer and seller are bound to give 1 month fair us Commission. I) If a residential hiring is finalized then both buyer and seller are bound to pay half month fair us Commission.
