Height and Width of Doors - Modern House Construction

A detailed look at the door dimensions we selected for Project The Urban Haven in Bahria Islamabad. The bedroom doors are 9 ft in height, 3.5 ft in width and 2 inches in thickness. We used solid wood for both the doors and door frames, with 6 months of seasoning before installation. The doors also feature CNC detailing that follows the modern architectural design of the house.

Matte Tiles + Custom Vanity | Modern Bathroom Design

This is one of the most practical and beautiful bathrooms in our 1 kanal neo classical house in Bahria Enclave Islamabad. The bathroom features a custom-designed vanity counter with a drawer, an oval-shaped vanity mirror, matte bathroom tiles, concealed faucets, and a built-in niche in the shower area. Every detail was planned to keep the bathroom both functional and visually clean.

Never Install Tiles Before Checking This

Before starting tile work, there is one important thing we always check, the shade and color tone of every tile.

We are constructing this 2 kanal mansion in Bahria Enclave Islamabad. And before installation, we open the packaging carefully, inspect the tiles under proper lighting and separate any pieces that don’t match our selected shade.

A small detail, but one that can make a big difference to the final flooring.

Modern Luxury Bathroom Design with Dark & Light Color Combinations

This bathroom combines dark and light colors with modern aesthetics to create a clean, elegant and luxurious look.

We used a Korean counter for the vanity, with a jointless surface and an additional drawer for storage. The same tile has been used throughout the bathroom for the flooring and backsplash walls, while the vanity counter matches the color of the tile grain.

For the shower area, the flooring level is kept almost 1 inch lower than the dry area to prevent water from flowing into the rest of the bathroom.

A perfect combination of modern bathroom design, luxury aesthetics and practical planning.

THE WHITE MAJESTY - A 1 Kanal Masterwork

We constructed this 1 kanal house in Bahria Enclave Islamabad for a client who is a civil engineer and understands construction, technical details and construction challenges very well.

His expectations and benchmark were already very high, making this project a major challenge for us. The house is now completed, and we are handing over the keys to our client.

The Perfect Matt + Semi Glossy Tile Combination
