Primeramente, gracias a Dios.

Y gracias a mi inquilino por tomarse el tiempo de dejar este review. No tenía que hacerlo pero lo hizo.

Habló de comunicación clara, respuestas rápidas, transparencia y de cuidar los intereses de ambas partes. Pero la línea que más pesa para mí es otra: no fue solo otra propiedad, fue la oportunidad de un puertorriqueño para volver a casa y empezar de nuevo.

Y deja una reflexión.

Un resultado excelente no se mide solo en una propiedad rentada. Se mide en la familia que por fin pudo dar el paso, y en el propietario que durmió tranquilo durante todo el proceso.

Veteranos que quieren reinstalarse después de servir: se puede.
Boricuas que llevan años afuera y quieren volver a casa: también.

Y esta tiene un sabor especial.

Porque no fue solo encontrar un inquilino. Fue ayudar a una familia a dar un paso que muchos boricuas sueñan con dar algún día.

A los veteranos que buscan reinstalarse en la isla después de servir: esto es posible.
