I hate when my 9-5 gets in the way of my main hustle —which is sitting by a private pool in Central Portugal doing absolutely nothing.

I hate when my inbox interrupts my azulejo appreciation.

I hate when real life gets in the way of a Tuesday that looks like this. Having lunch that lasts two hours.
Watching the outdoor shower catch the afternoon light.

Seven days with no checkout pressure.
A private heated pool that is entirely yours.
A kitchen where someone cooks because they want to — not because it’s Tuesday.
A terrace where dinner goes until midnight because nobody has to be anywhere tomorrow.
And a house in the heart of Portugal named after a grandmother who understood — before any of us did — that rest is not a reward.

It’s a requirement.
