Summer time… I don’t know if you have a passion like this, but I have one that, without it, I’d probably feel completely empty. If you asked me what I’d want to do after getting bad news, the answer would be simple: go surfing 🌊

Which is a bit ironic, considering surfing has broken my nose into multiple pieces, left me with a hole in my cheek after a surfboard hit me, and gifted me more wipeouts than I can count.

But despite all that, surfing makes me endlessly happy.

And it’s not just the sport. It’s the people, the community, and the mindset. Surfing teaches you that life is mostly about getting knocked down, paddling back out, and trying again. Most waves don’t work out, but every now and then you catch one that makes everything worthwhile.

That’s probably why it helps me so much as a real estate agent 🏡
