New Opportunity: Regional Manager – Lisbon
Private Luxury Collection is seeking an experienced real estate professional to take responsibility for our Lisbon region.
This is a senior, commercially focused role combining regional leadership, business development and personal sales performance.
The successful candidate will develop the Lisbon market, build and manage a high-performing team, establish relationships with property owners and international clients, secure new business and contribute directly to regional revenue.
Ideal candidate:
• 5+ years of successful real estate experience
• Strong knowledge of the Lisbon property market
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Experience with luxury and international clientele
• Previous leadership or team management experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Highly autonomous, organised and results-driven
• Valid AMI registration or eligibility
