Launching shortly, QIMC’s Corniche Park Towers is Doha’s
premier tri-tower, mixed use development on the
picturesque Corniche waterfront. A pioneering effort which
will prove to be one of Qatar’s iconic landmarks, the Towers
will have a 120,000 sqm built-up area, and be a combination
of a hotel, serviced apartment/residential accommodation,
with a shared base of five podium levels and mezzanine
le

vels of luxury retail space and restaurants. The tallest of the towers would be a 44-floor hotel and be
interconnected with the 29-floor branded Residences Tower
and a 23-floor Commercial Tower with QIMC’s headquarters
being on the top floor. The two mixed-use towers will have
the Middle East’s first Swissôtel combined hotel, serviced
apartments and branded residences. A hexagonal Titanium
Dioxide molecular structure in the form of a honeycomb
pattern will be the outer façade and is designed to
effectively reduce the overall heat absorbed by the building.
