Regarding to your required Security Services, our security guard’s follows the new security procedure to avoid any unwanted incidents. And for addition, our team prepared an strict security procedure to meet our client's required Security Activities Requirements such as;
Access Control: guard at the office entrance will monitor and control the entry and exit of people with the new required standards. The guard at the parking area also takes necessary actions to avoid any kind of unsafe incidents. Please find the new access control and parking control procedures and co ordination with other services and the training details in the attachments.
Site Area: is very widespread it is essential to arrange patrolling. As such the other service provider not doing the patrolling job properly our Safety Department will look on this matter and take necessary action for this requirement. Our patrolling guard will continuously monitor all the areas and boundaries of your project properties.
Entry & Exit: shall be strictly controlled by an arrangement of a pass that will be developed by your project Management to control the visitors. If necessarily requested by your Company, the hand baggage of all the staff from the upper to the lower level shall be checked. All the visitors will be checked and ensured that they have the required supporting documents for the materials they carry for entry and exit. On finding any indifference will be detained and will inform the authorized person to take necessary action. This will help to keep a check and control on movement of materials illegally.
Night Shift Guard: work as ‘Facility Es**rt Guard’ to keep a check if all the electrical appliances are switched on/off and if all the visitors have left from the project site after the scheduled time. And if anybody is staying extra time, that visitor will check and asked for a valid permission to stay for an additional time. Our deployed security will ensure that no unclaimed materials in and around the area and will also check that all the fire extinguishers are in usable condition.
