We’re proud to share that Fortis Green Housing and our flagship project, Masaka Views Eco-Estate, are currently featured in The New Times following a defining month for our team in March.

From a high-level investment dialogue in London to a vibrant diaspora engagement in Coventry, these moments highlighted Rwanda’s growing global appeal, and the increasing importance of sustainability in shaping its real estate future.

The conversations were clear: there is strong international and diaspora interest in Rwanda, not just as an investment destination, but as a place to build, return to, and grow.

Most importantly, this momentum is already translating into real progress on the ground. The first homes at Masaka Views have been sold, initial units are nearing completion, and we’ve signed MOUs with Bank of Kigali and Equity Bank to support both construction financing and homeownership.
