This Western compound consist of two phases. Phase I includes eleven three-bedroom apartments, recreation facilities, mini-market, and offices. Phase II, adjacent to Phase I, consist of eighteen one- bedroom apartments, seven two-bedroom apartments and four attached four bedroom townhouses, recreation facilities and underground parking. The value of projects was SR6,500,000.00 and SR12,000,000.00; the dates of completion were 1995 and 1997 respectively.
