ARTIAD Delegation Begins Its Official Program in Riyadh with a Visit to the Turkish Embassy and a Meeting with Ambassador Prof. Dr. Emrullah İşler
The Arab–Turkish Business Club (ARTIAD) delegation began its official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with an opening meeting at the Turkish Embassy in Riyadh, where the delegation was received by Ambassador Prof. Dr. Emrullah İşler.
The delegation was led by ARTIAD President Mr. Cemal Kerim, and included Board Members Mr. Fuad Badavi and Mr. Şuayip Akyol, along with businesspeople participating in the official visit.
Extensive Discussions on Joint Investment Opportunities
During the meeting, both sides held detailed discussions on the investment environment in both countries. The delegation highlighted the following key points:
Saudi Arabia has become a major and attractive investment hub, strengthened by Vision 2030 and its extensive economic and regulatory reforms.
Turkey remains a strong and appealing investment destination despite current challenges, owing to its strategic location, advanced industrial base, and significant opportunities available to foreign and Arab investors.
The importance of enhancing joint cooperation between Saudi and Turkish business communities, especially through partnerships in real estate, industry, trade, and technology.
The need to address existing challenges through institutional cooperation and effective communication between public and private sectors in both countries.
Reaffirming the Strength of Economic Relations
Ambassador İşler praised the role of ARTIAD in strengthening economic cooperation between Türkiye and Arab countries. The delegation reaffirmed its commitment to supporting communication among business communities and expanding mutual investment opportunities.
Presentation of a Commemorative Gift and Delegation File
At the conclusion of the meeting, ARTIAD President Mr. Cemal Kerim presented a commemorative gift to the Ambassador, along with a special delegation file detailing the objectives of the visit, participating sectors, and key cooperation areas.
A Strong Start to the Official Visit Program
The delegation continues its visit between 16–22 November, with scheduled meetings with Saudi governmental bodies and major investment companies, in addition to participating in Cityscape Global in Riyadh.
