The CCR accounted for 1.4% while the RCR and OCR made up 93.2% and 5.4%

The respective top-selling projects is River Green in the CCR, followed by Zyon Grand in the RCR and Chuan Park in the OCR

The strong sales at Zyon Grand once again showed the depth of liquidity in the market

Zyon Grand's excellent locational attributes and integration with transport and amenities were the often-cited reasons by buyers for the purchase

The 3-bedroom and larger unit types attracted more owner occupiers, selling more than 85% of its units

The falling interest rates and potential rental yield of 4% drew investors to the centrally located Zyon Grand with around 80% of the 1- and 2-bedroom units were sold

With high sell-out rates across four major project launches in Oct 2025, developer sales may hit a record of 2,200 units, making it the best month in 2025

This set of sales numbers is due to a confluence of factors like low interest rates, better economic growth, ample liquidity and attractively priced projects in good locations
