I repeat, DO NOT purchase a Landed Property in SIngapore unless you're ready to deal with:

1️⃣ Everything becomes your responsibility
From roof repairs to garden and pool maintenance, there's no management team handling things for you. Owning the entire property on your land comes with more upkeep and responsibility.

2️⃣ Potential Pests and Wildlife
More greenery and outdoor space also mean sharing your neighbourhood with unexpected visitors. Depending on the location, that could include monkeys, lizards, insects, and other wildlife.

3️⃣ Less convenience and accessibility
Many landed homes are located in quieter residential areas. Great for privacy, but not always ideal if you prefer being close to MRT stations, malls, and everyday amenities.

For many buyers, condos offer a balance of convenience, accessibility, facilities, and easier ownership, but the best property is the one that aligns with your lifestyle and long-term goals.
