Congratulations to my buyer’s purchase of her 1st property, a subsale unit at Florence Residences. 🍀🏠

Met up with her 1 yr ago to hunt for her own stay unit. The development was fully sold before she was able to commit back then. Fast forward to today, we managed to get a unit which is priced below the last 2bedder that the developer sold😀😀

Late night closing at West Terra! 😀With so many 5yr MOP competitors in the vicinity, im glad that i managed to seal the deal at seller’s expected price and beat all the competitors with unblocked view. 😝

With 1 open house, managed to secure a buyer for my sellers! It was a 2.5hrs open house with back to back viewings! 🥰😂 100k COV for EM is a norm these days??
