The first 26 days of this year have been exciting. Today, I'm happy to share about this private property deal which I've just closed.
My client had begun the search several months ago and had 2 other agents before me without any breakthroughs. While it sounded like a daunting task, it was a challenge I savoured. I managed to sell this property within 2 weeks and it was above the expected price. I'm proud to share that this unit was sold by planning out a comprehensive marketing strategy along with my client.
Every setback I encountered was an opportunity to learn and grow. Experiences will be cultivated through these and will only make me to become a more competent realtor.
