Another one, clinched! 🙌🏼 This was a special one.

My client had to sell her existing unit before she could proceed with the purchase of this 4-bedder at Terra Hill.

When the developer’s discounts were announced, we had only just listed her unit for sale about a week earlier, and we hadn’t even conducted a single viewing yet.

But by God’s grace and favour, everything fell into place.

We secured a buyer on the first day of viewings, achieving the highest recorded price in her development. That gave my clients the opportunity to move quickly and secure an extremely undervalued unit.

Opportunities like this don’t come around often, so I’m genuinely stoked to have helped two sets of clients secure incredible units here. 🙏🏼

To God be the glory! 🙌🏼

Managed to secure this 3-bedder for my clients amidst multiple challengers, and I’m incredibly grateful we managed to make it happen.

When I first received news of the major discounts being offered at this development, I knew this was an opportunity my clients could not afford to miss.

For context, a unit just one floor above had already transacted at $2.7Xm, while we secured ours at just $2.4Xm.

That’s a $300,000 advantage, and opportunities like this don’t come by often in the market. When the opportunity presented itself, I’m glad we pounced and made the most of it.

Extremely happy for my clients! They now own a real gem with an efficient layout, great livability, and just minutes from the MRT.

Always grateful for the trust placed in me. And as always, I’ll continue searching for and bringing more of these opportunities to the people I have the privilege of working with. 👍🏼

I set out on a journey to discover how founders and CEOs view real estate. In the process, I’ve learned far more than I could have imagined.

In this video, Sophia, founder of Colorfüll - Whimsical gifts for kids — and the kid within, shares her thoughts on real estate.

At one point in our conversation, Sophia paused to think. And I could almost see the realisation forming:

“Oh… I’ve never really thought about it that much. But now that you mention it…”

And I believe there are many people on a similar journey.

So much time and energy goes into building the business that there’s often very little mental space left for anything else, much less thinking about real estate and how it fits into their bigger financial picture.

That’s why I started this series.

My hope is to help more individuals and business owners make sense of real estate, free up their mental space around it, and ultimately use their assets to propel them even further.

Because you don’t need to be a property expert. You just need to understand how it can work for you.

I always go to my friend, Samuel Hui’s house, and he always asks me the same question.

Jokes aside, this is really one of the reasons why some condos never increase in price even when the rest of Singapore is experiencing an upward momentum in value.
